Returns
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery if the item is:

Unused, unworn, unwashed

In original condition with tags and packaging
Non-returnable: worn items, washed items.
How to Request a Return
Email us at unapologetic.help@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the unused item.
We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Refunds
If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method.
Processing time: 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
You will not be charged for shipping.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same product, when available.
Email us to request one.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll replace or refund it.
